Access database consists of different articles that let you deal with the information. Databases uses: structures for entering information, inquiries for looking within it , reports for breaking it down and tables for going away with it . If you are dealing with Microsoft Access it is known that you have lot of items to work with and Access makes it easy for you to deal with it.
Here we will be dealing with Microsoft Access. Through the help of examples, we will learn how to how to open and close databases. Then we will switch to how to open an object.
To open an existing database:
Prior to this, we need to open our database
- Click on File and go back.
- You will reach to the backstage view of MS access
- Click Open
- Click Browse

- Open dialogue box will appear on the screen. Select the database and click Ok
- Now this is the Catch !Warning Messages will appear when you open your database. If the database contains customized functions, a yellow bar with a security warning will display below the Ribbon. If you trust the source of your database, click Enable Contentfor your database to display correctly.
- Once you enable all content in the database, you will see a message asking if you want to make the database a Trusted Document. Click Yes if you like all content to be automatically enabled each time you open the database.
To Open an Object
- In the navigation pane, click on your desired object.
- The object will be displayed as a Tab on Document Tab Bar.
- By default, recently opened object will appear in the main window as the current object.
To close a database:
- Click on File and go back.
- You will reach to the backstage view of MS access
- Click on Close
- If you have any unsaved objects, a dialog box will appear for each one asking if you would like to save it. Select Yes to save the object, No to close it without saving, or Cancel to leave your database open.—————–office.com/setup
